Five Demands.
Not requests. Not suggestions. Five things we insist on because every honest Indian already knows they are right.
No sitting judge of any constitutional court shall be eligible for any government appointment — including Rajya Sabha, governor, or tribunal — for a period of five years after retirement.
— Justice is not a career move.
Electoral rolls must be audited by an independent body of citizens chosen by lottery before every general election. Any deletion of valid voter names will be treated as a criminal offence under election law.
— Your vote cannot be erased.
Women’s representation in Parliament shall be raised to 50% within two electoral cycles without expanding house strength. Cabinet composition shall mirror this ratio mandatorily.
— Half the population, half the power — no negotiation.
All media entities with more than 30% ownership by a single industrial conglomerate shall be treated as advertising platforms, not news outlets, and shall not receive government advertisement revenue.
— If you are owned, you are not free.
Any elected representative who switches party affiliation after winning on a party ticket shall forfeit their seat immediately and be barred from contesting any public office for fifteen years.
— You were elected as a person with a position. Changing the position means giving up the seat.
Origin · How the Swarm Began
A judge called them cockroaches.
They said — fine.
In May 2026, Chief Justice Surya Kant dismissed unemployed youth protesting the system and called them cockroaches from the bench. It was meant to silence them. It did the opposite.
Within 48 hours, the Cockroach Janata Party had its first 40,000 members. Within a week, it had a manifesto, a constitution, and a member registry at cjpparty.site.
Cockroaches survive nuclear winters, policy failures, and five-year plans that never come true. So do we.
